Acrylic Blocks

ACRYLIC BLOCKS

ALL ACRYLIC PRODUCTS ARE CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES WITH NO ETA ON THEIR RETURN.

Acrylic blocks are cut from large sheets of 30 cast acrylic here in Perth, they are then polished to a high shine with sharp edges and your photo is carefully mounted in our factory in Joondalup.

Each block is then thoroughly checked for size accuracy and flaws. Your image is printed onto a specialty high gloss photographic paper. An allowance of 1/4 inch is required to be trimmed so the image is fully edge to edge. The image is then laminated with a specialty double sided clear film substrate which is in turn laminated to the acrylic block. The image and laminate is then trimmed to the edge of the acrylic. Finally a protective layer is laminated to protect the reverse of the image from contaminates and scratching and the block is checked again and polished with our special acrylic cleaner and polish.

The block is now ready for your enjoyment!

The results are stunning, with the sides and front face reflecting your image and saturating the colours.
