FAQ

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 3-5 days for printing, 2 weeks for our PhotoWall Range and Professional Range, and 6 weeks for stretched canvas, acrylic blocks and mounts, and prints to metal. Shipping is subject to Australia Post and Toll delivery times.

If you need your order by a certain date please contact us and we will do our very best to meet your deadline! You will receive postage tracking information as soon as your order is packaged and dispatched.

We ship Australia wide! If you would like something sent internationally, contact us and we will make arrangements.

Please note that for items larger than 100cm we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

We ship with Australia Post and Toll. Because we use glass in our premium quality frames, we recommend selecting pickup in store rather than shipping. Or, order your prints unframed - this reduces your shipping cost and there won’t be as much risk of your order being damaged in transit.

Your photos are printed and frames assembled expertly right here in our Edgewater premises! Drop in to the store and take a peek through our workshop windows so you can see the action yourself.

We process your order as promptly as we can so if you would like to make any changes let us know as soon as possible! You can give us a call on 08 9300 1466, or send us an email.

We can’t add to an existing order, but you can always place a new order for any additional items.

We love giving your favourite artworks a makeover. A new frame can really modernise and freshen up your piece. We can also replace broken glass, mount new mat boards, attach new hanging hardware, or clean and refit artwork into its existing frame. Please bring your artwork into our gallery and we can discuss your options!

Every project is different. We can work to almost any budget and get the best result possible to achieve your custom framing vision. Just come and see us in store, or give us as much info about your project as possible here and we can give you a quote for your project!
