PICKUP IN STORE: In-store pickup is available Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, and Saturday 10am - 3pm. You'll receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection. For larger items and artworks please make sure you're picking up in a suitable vehicle - check the measurements of your boot to ensure the artwork can lay nice and flat. If it won't fit, contact us to arrange delivery.


SHIPPED ITEMS: We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post or Toll. Your shipping rate and options are displayed at the checkout. Your items will be shipped promptly after being completed. Please see individual product details for lab/workshop turnaround times. If you require your item urgently it is recommended to let us know before ordering. An email with tracking details will be sent once the items are shipped. For bulky items or postage to non-metro areas, we may contact you as your order might be subject to extra shipping fees.



Returns & Refunds


RETURNS:

  • We can't refund your purchase if you change your mind. Please choose carefully before you buy.
  • In the unlikely event that you received the incorrect item, we'll send you the correct one ASAP. Just email or call us to get this sorted. You'll be reimbursed for the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty and this was not in the product description, we will happily replace or refund your item.


REFUNDS:

  • We will process approved refunds back into the account or gift card you used to purchase your items. This refund takes up to 4 days for us to process. Your financial institutions may take up to 4 days. This means it may take up to 18 business days for a refund to appear in your account.
